When: Monday 8th December 2014 Junior Dog Camp. A place where children and all things dog collide in a fun, safe, supportive and educational environment Competent K9 presents two exciting day long camps annually. Children in grades 1-6 can explore the world of dogs in a fun, creative and interactive way. Our quality hands on approach, innovative curriculum and professional instructors bring your child's understanding of dogs and appreciation of all living things to a whole new level. Campers have the opportunity to enrich the lives of shelter animals, by making toys, treats, and other needed shelter items! Campers will also meet working dogs and fabulous guests, participate in dog care jobs, play games and help teach dogs new skills. Full day campers explore the secrets of Fido's Funhouse and create a lasting piece of work that they take can take home and remember Dog Camp by with all their new friends of the two and four legged variety. Limited places available. Contact us to reserve your child's place. Save $20 if you book more than two months in advance. Our team includes people who have experience in child development, teaching, animal behaviour and training.
